When we started the business in March 2009 we created our proposition by ‘cherry picking’ all aspects of best practice from many years working in some of the UK’s most respected search firms, combining this with the dedication, focus and speed of a boutique establishment.
Our success has come from managing a limited number of mandates, giving us the time to closely support our clients with the challenges they have faced identifying and attracting Executive talent in turbulent times.
