Task:
Change and Transformation across areas of core competence within this FTSE 100 Insurance company created a number of immediate gaps and the necessity to build external talent pools to support future hiring.
Action:
We conducted comprehensive mapping of key people populations within a select number of competitor businesses to identify high performers with the capabilty, ambition and confidence to engage with our client in relation to future opportunities. In parallel we introduced individuals to support immediate needs.
Outputs:
The creation of ‘external’ talent pools for the business to access in line with demand, along with a number of well managed and successfull appointments.
Longer-term:
We were further commissioned to support a number of additional Executive Mapping projects for different areas of the business.
