Who we are:

Hall Way & Partners Ltd is a retained Executive Search firm. We also act as a ‘sole’ Agent to a select number of high performing Senior Executives to help identify and manage future career moves.

What information do we collect?

To help our selection process, we ask that you provide personal information to Hall Way Partners Ltd which you may provide by answering questions on the telephone, in a formal interview or by uploading a resume/CV or supplying information on external sources i.e. Linked-in. You can decide what personal information you provide to us and to what level of detail.

How do we use your information and how long do we retain your personal information?

The personal information you provide via email, telephone calls or social media now and in subsequent interactions will be documented and processed by or on behalf of Hall Way Partners Ltd in relation to your registration of interest in current or future retained assignments managed by Hall Way Partners Ltd. Hall Way & Partners Ltd will only use the information you supply in relation to the following: –

To assess your skills and experience against Current Senior Level retained assignments;
To provide you with the necessary information for you to assess your interest in any opportunity;
To respond to your queries or requests;
To highlight or discuss any potential future roles based on knowledge of our clients hiring and succession plans.

Participation in any subsequent process is always voluntary. If you wish to be included in any assignment process or to appoint Hall Way Partners as your ‘sole Agent’ we will share your resume/CV with the prospective client. If you do not wish to take part or progress you can notify us, so we can exclude your details accordingly.

In our capacity as ‘sole’ Agents we will continually review your information against general market insight and report and act in accordance with the specific terms agreed in your agreed contract. We will not share your CV with anyone without your prior consent. When you do consent for us to share your CV we will not divulge home addresses or contact numbers. If you require further information on how we maintain the security of your information or if you have specific requests for how your data is managed, then please advise and we will action accordingly. All data will be held unless you request deletion. Subject to any restrictions imposed by applicable law, your personal information will be kept indefinitely unless you ask us to remove it from our system.

What choices can I make regarding my personal information?

You have the option to withdraw yourself from our process at any time. You may also request that your information be deleted from our database at any time. We will comply with any request and ensure that your information is deleted within 31 calendar days. What security measures do we take?

We take our responsibility to keep your personal information secure very seriously. Access to your personal information is restricted to prevent unauthorized access, modification or misuse and is only permitted among our employees on a need-to-know basis. We are committed to complying with relevant data protection laws and we cooperate with data protection authorities if they have concerns regarding our users’ privacy.

Eligibility

You must meet each of the following requirements to be considered in any Search assignment or for us to act as your ‘sole Agent’:

be of legal age to work in the applicable country
be legally permitted to work in the country; and
not subject to any contract, or other obligation, that would prevent you from working in the position you are applying to work in.
